Issue: certificate not received

ℹ️ This article explains what to do if you have not yet received your course completion certificate.

If you have not received your certificate of completion after completing your course certificate exam, try the following solutions:

1. Wait a short while (a few minutes or up to one hour) for your certificate to be generated and the link sent to your email inbox.
2. Check your spam folder and be sure that your inbox accepts messages from Saylor Academy.
3. Check your "My certificates" page: https://learn.saylor.org/admin/tool/certificate/my.php
4. The certificate might not have issued automatically. Visit the Certificate Final Exam section of  your course and click on the certificate link (see screenshot below):
