Issue: blank page, page won't load

When you encounter a fully blank screen or white screen after following a Saylor University link or trying to load a Saylor University webpage, the page content has not loaded.

The best immediate solution is to refresh the page one or more times until the content has loaded. Alternatively, you can use your browser's "back" button to return to your previous page.

During an exam, you might encounter this problem when navigating from one exam page to the next or when attempting to submit your answers for grading. Generally, you should refresh the page – do not close your tab! – until the page content has loaded.
