Using SendSafely to share files with Saylor Academy
There are two ways to send sensitive files or messages to Saylor Academy: through submitting a new request in our Help Center or by visiting our SendSafely Dropzone.
Using the “Submit a request” page
From any Help Center page, find the link to Submit a request near the top of the page. Any attachment you send with that form will use the SendSafely service. You can also get to the new request anytime with this link: https://support.saylor.org/hc/en-us/requests/new
Using a Dropzone link
These links are most appropriate to use if you are already in touch with Saylor Academy by email. If you wish to send our support team a message with a secure link, choose the “Submit a request” option above.
We use two SendSafely dropzones to receive files:
- Contact (for general support)
- Records (for exam proctoring and student records)
The required “Details” field should include brief information about your attachment to help us understand what you have sent. The “Include a Secure Message” is an optional field that will encrypt whatever text you enter.
