If you have already completed your course and earned a certificate, taking the exam again for a higher grade will not automatically result in a new or updated certificate.

To get a new certificate that shows your highest marks, contact Saylor University student support for help. In your message, please tell us the name of the course for which you would like a new certificate. Our support team will delete your existing certificate and provide instructions for you to generate a new one.

Please note that your new certificate will have the date it was created, which might be later than the date you completed the exam. The new certificate will also have a new URL -- your old certificate will be deleted and can no longer be verified.
