Good to know

• Certificates are earned by passing your course Certificate Final Exam with a score of 70% or higher.
• Some certificates are automatically issued after you complete your course by passing the certificate final exam. You will be emailed a link to your certificate.
• Some certificates are issued by clicking on the link to the certificate in your course. This link is not active until you have passed the certificate final exam.
• If you earned course certificates before January 2023, contact Saylor Academy support for help with your Accredible certificates.

Get your course completion certificate

Automatically-issued certificates

If your course issues certificates automatically, you will receive an email from Saylor Academy soon after you have completed your course by passing the Certificate Final Exam.

The email will include your newest certificate as a PDF attachment as well as a link to your previously-earned certificates.

Please note that the email may take a few minutes to arrive, sometimes longer. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder, or use one of the methods below to retrieve your certificate.

Other certificates

If your course does not issue certificates automatically, you will need to visit your course to get your certificate.

1. Log in to your Saylor Academy account.
2. Navigate to your completed course.
3. Go to the Certificate Final Exam section of the course.
4. Look for the link immediately following the link to the final exam. It will have an icon that represents a certificate:
   
   
5. Click the link to open your course certificate.

See all your earned certificates

Your Saylor Academy course completion certifcates are available through your student profile page.

1. Log in to your Saylor Academy account.
2. Navigate to your profile page:
   
   
3. Under the Miscellaneous section, find the link for My certificates:
   
   
4. You will see a list of your Saylor Academy course completion certificates, with options to download, verify, view, and share each certificate:
