Good to know
- Saylor University has two learning sites: Learn (for certificates) and Degrees (for graduate programs). Accounts are not shared between the two sites, so students using both will need to sign up twice.
- If you created your account using a social login option (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn), your account does not use a password. You must log in to your Saylor University account using a social login option.
- If you created your account by choosing a username and password, you can log in that way or use social login, as long as both your Saylor University account and your social login account use the same email address.
- If you created your account through a partner organization such as NSDC / Skill India, you will need to log in via that portal. You will not be able to log in directly at Saylor University.
- If you created an account but did not confirm your email address within seven days, your account will have been deleted. Create a new account and look for a confirmation email in your email inbox or spam folder.
Log in to your account
- Visit the Saylor University Learn or Degrees site.
-
Click the Log in link in the top right corner.
-
If you created your account using your Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn account, click the corresponding button to sign in to your Saylor University account. Your account does not have a password and you will only be able to use social login to access your Saylor University account.
If you created your account by selecting a username and password, use that method to log in or use a social login option that is connected to the same email address that you use for Saylor University.
Common login problems
- Your account is not confirmed. If you try to log in and get a message that your account needs to be confirmed, first check your email inbox and spam folders for a confirmation link from Saylor University. If needed, contact our support team to help confirm your account.
- Your account does not use a password. If you created your account using a social login option, then you do not have a password. You will need to log in to your Saylor University account using any social login (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) connected to the same email address that you use for Saylor University.
- Your password is not working. If you do use a username and password to login, check that you have entered your password correctly. If necessary, use the password reset link on the login page to regain access to your account.
- You access Saylor University through a partner (such as NSDC / Skill India). Most likely, you need to access your Saylor University courses through a partner portal and cannot log in directly at the Saylor University site.
